Elon Musk’s Twitter acquisition lawsuit demands documents from fired general manager
Elon Musk wins rare victory in Twitter-acquisition lawsuit as the company is ordered to turn over documents from fired general manager
Twitter had been ordered to comply in part with Musk's attorneys' motion to compel.
There are 22 Twitter employees whom they claimed to have information concerning the company's way of analyzing spam or automated accounts,
and they requested documents from them. As a part of the case,
Twitter has already handed over information from some 41 "custodians" of information to the authorities.
Musk's motion to compel the additional documentation was filed last week in a confidential manner,
which means it is not on the docket of the court, so it cannot be accessed by the public.
