You Will Soon Be Able To Mint, Sell And Showcase Polygon-Based NFTs On Instagram. 

Instagram, owned by Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ:META), will soon allow users to create, sell and display Polygon (CRYPTO:MATIC) based non-fungible tokens (NFTs). 

opening up new opportunities to monetize their communities using digital collectibles.  

Polygon does better than Ethereum at minting new NFTs due to its cheaper gas fees and faster transaction times.  

Instagram said it will soon be testing these new features with a small group of developers at U.first. According to a Polygon blog post, NFT  is open. 

Fans have the opportunity to support the creators they love by collecting and curating their work.  

At the time of writing, Polygon is trading at $0.934 according to Benzinga Pro, up 7.00% over the past 24 hours. 

Instagram on Wednesday announced plans to integrate a complete end-to-end toolset that can be used for the entire process  from creating NFTs to viewing and selling NFTs.
